ADHD & neurodiversity coaching

Understand yourself and
achieve your goals
- Neuro-friendly strategies
- Personalised, collaborative approach
- Harness your inherent strengths
- Transform overwhelm into confidence
- Achieve your life and professional goals
I have ADHD, so I deeply understand your daily challenges of overwhelm, task execution and emotional dysregulation that leave you feeling stuck and misunderstood. No more masking or forcing yourself to fit neurotypical solutions. Coach with me to get personalised support that fits you and your life, because no two journeys are the same. With time and practice, you’ll break through challenges and find clarity, confidence and success.
Which coaching programme is right for you?
“I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and
embark on a journey with Jamie and his coaching.”

Life programme
Flexible and compassionate one-to-one sessions. Life coachees receive in-session guidance to improve self-understanding and daily life management.
Development programme
Structured and compassionate one-to-one sessions. Development coachees are sent post-session notes with reminders of discussed actions, all tied into their longer-term development goals.
Development PLUS programme
More intensive and challenging, but no less compassionate one-to-one sessions. Development PLUS coachees receive detailed post session reports with added analysis from Jamie, tied into an actionable development plan, bespoke resource
recommendations for out-of-session work, plus out-of-session text support.
Knowing which programme is right for you can be tricky. Let’s discuss your goals and work it out together.
Get access to grant funding
In the United Kingdom? You may be eligible for the Government’s (Department for Work & Pensions) Access To Work scheme which offers grants! If your application is accepted, you may receive free funding for coaching.
Please ask me about this option and I can sort it all out for you: jamie@jamielightcoaching.com
Eligibility criteria:
– Are you working or are you self-employed? (It doesn’t matter if you receive top-up universal credit or PIP)
– Are you neurodivergent or do you have a disability or difference? (E.g. ADHD, Autism, Asthma, Anxiety, Cerebral Palsy, Bipolar Disorder, back pain, fibromyalgia, menopause-induced symptoms such as anxiety and stress etc.)
I want to help as many people as possible access coaching for career, life and personal development.
Group coaching comes included with the Lightminded Community membership, so is a great option if you cannot currently afford one-to-one coaching.
